This was a great time with my wife. Learned valuable lessons together while having a bit of fun . Turned out to be a good workout too.

The COBRA self defense program is fantastic. Our teen daughter will finish her 10 hour training this week and has grown significantly. In fact, she enjoyed the curriculum so much, she invited a group of friends to join her this past Saturday for a mini-Bootcamp session. We plan to continue training with Vic and Doug. Both instructors were patient, supportive, informative, professional and in particular, took the time to create realistic scenarios.
